In 1941, Masami succeeded Yamada-Ya after the death of Kichiji. In those days, it was so difficult to obtain fishes, and Masami has been to Odawara for it. In about 1943 during the 2nd World war, foods were under rationing system because of its lacking. Then “Bara-Chirashi” was sold which Sushi-Meshi (Shari) was mixed with small-cut Udon pieces.
